(January 22, 2019, 9:01 pm)I purchased a used 2016 BMW X3 diesel from BMW Kingston, Ontario and is extremely happy with the entire experience. Many thanks to Murray Brown in Sales team to make the whole process smooth and transparent. No sales push but all a friendly n good advices. Because of some reason, I was not able to pick up vehicle on working day so Murray worked with me on Sunday for delivery of vehicle. Josh in Finance was equally great in explaining and helping through BMW financing option and selection of CPO. Two thumbs up for BMW Kingston team.
(January 22, 2019, 3:20 am)BMWs basically sell themselves so you might not think a dealership would work hard to win your business - but not here. We have never had better service at a dealership. We drove up from Toronto and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Troy and Joshua didn't pressure us and took the time to ensure we were happy with our 740i. They made us feel special and part of a community. Will definitely be making the trip to this dealership for oil changes - the service is worth the drive!

I live in West Greater Toronto Area and It was worth driving twice to Kingston for test drive/see the car and delivery. They are very accommodating and answered all my inquiries promptly. I will definitely recommend BMW Kingston to my relatives and friends looking for BMW vehicles.
