My boyfriend and I really like living here. Our unit wasn't ready when we applied for it but it turned out really nice in end. Daphne did a really great job showing us the apartment and helping us with the process.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at 276 Conacher so far. Michelle was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I was moving in and she made the entire process very simple. The building is clean, the staff are friendly and its been a pleasure to be a part of the community thus far!
They have been great the last couple years I have lived here. The staff are kind and considerate. They are always friendly and willing to help. They keep the buildings always very clean. Michelle from the office is always smiling and happy to help.
CLV Group has been great to me so far! The crew that looks after the buildings are wonderful and very professional and I have had nothing but positive help from them. Michelle is always there to help and always a smile on her face and Derek is outstanding and always available either in person or email, and he returns emails too!
