Absolutely pleased with Assured. Matt was very professional and informed me of what exactly would be done to my vehicle and how long it would take. Kept me informed while my vehicle was in getting repaired.
I can't say enough about Heather their adm assistant. Very professional, pleasant and knows her job. The morning I took my car in I witnessed how prepared she was for me and another lady who arrived at the same time. Excellent multi-tasker, Heather did both of us at the same time. They had made all the arrangements for my rental car as well which was a bigger time saver.
Most of all I am very pleased with the repair they did on my vehicle. You cannot even tell that my car was in a fender bender.

I brought my car in after a collision, based on my insurers suggestion. I was extremely impressed by the service and care I received by the staff at Assured Automotive.

They let me know up front that there could be delays with parts, and kept me in the loop with what was going on with the repairs. The lines of communication with Assured were fantastic.

The car looks better than it has in years!
