(November 8, 2018, 9:53 am)This is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They recognize me when I walk through the door and I'm always greeted with a smile. In terms of the vets, I've taken my rats to see Dr. Corbin, who is one of the best vets I have ever worked with. She is amazing at her job! She has amazing compassion and sympathy for the worried owners of the animals she's treating. She is very upfront and honest but always takes the emotions of the owners into account. She even called me herself to speak to me after one of my rats had to be euthanized at another vet after hours. She called just to check in and make sure I was okay and reassured me that I had done the right thing for my rat. It's very hard to find a good, well trained, knowledgeable exotics vets and I struck gold when I found Dr.Corbin. I tell everyone I know about Sims and Dr.Corbin and encourage everyone to take their pets there. And yes they can be a bit expensive but so can any other vet hospital. So why not spend your money on quality care and compassionate staff? I'm going to be transfering my cat's file over to Sims very soon! Thank you Sims animal hospital and thank you Dr.Corbin you folks are amazing!
