Kingston - Dodge

Was in for regular service today. Just wanted to mention that it was a very pleasant experience once again. Roxanne makes the difference, she is always a pleasure to deal with. Thank You to all the staff at Kingston Dodge.

Amazing crew that was very helpful throughout the whole process, added even more to the excitement of getting a new vehicle, would highly recommend going to this dealer!

Me and the wife had been on the hunt for awhile for a new vehicle and she was hesitant on the dodge brand due to past experiences. We ended up coming to Kingston Dodge on short notice and was able to test drive a bunch of vehicles with the help of John. He didn’t try and push a sale on us or flood us with information. Once we found a vehicle we wanted, John was great at getting everything ready for us and was even able to work some discounts to have the price for our budget even though it was a used vehicle.

On the financing side, we dealt with Trevor who was awesome. He didn’t try and sell us things we didn’t need and was very upfront and honest with us. We definitely didn’t feel like we left with something we didn’t need or second thoughts at all.

The staff in general was also amazing. One lady there who dealt with the support side was kind enough to get my 3yo daughter a balloon which made her day! We were also provided various drinks and they really made the family feel welcome.
