“A friend asked if I wanted to attend a yoga class with her. When I did, I was quite impressed. I was hoping for a nice way to exercise and relax. Hanna offers much more. Hanna walks you through all the movements to ensure you are performing them correctly and provides the anatomy knowledge to complete the understanding. Her personal approach and understanding of each of her yogini’s ensure each person in the class performs the movements within their own limitations. Mindfulness is also a large part of her teachings. Meditation and quieting of the mind are also part of the program. I have been attending for almost a year now. Physically I am more flexible and have a better awareness of my own body.
