We were new to the butchering scene and they had all the time in the world to walk me through the process to choose the cuts we wanted. You can go there just to purchase meat as they ar a full service butchers shop as well as a slaughterhouse. Pricing is very competitive and unlike some places they not only rap your cuts in butcher paper but flash freeze them as well. All the cuts of meat they sell is locally sourced.”
