He is looking at a phone that has the blue screen of death-the guy is brilliant. Thanks again Al -I am so very grateful.

Al is a very pleasant and friendly gentleman and did an excellent job in a very timely manner! I would definitely reccomend using him for any and all device owwys! I'll definitely be back but not hopefully to soon! ?
