He was kind and sensitive to my hearing loss and happily took the needed time to ensure that I understood my options. If his professionalism is representative of the company, I would happily recommend their services. Jeff was excellent in every respect and the quality time he afforded me was greatly appreciated. (February 1, 2020, 8:02 pm)We experienced possibly the best customer service of all time. A few weeks ago, our furnace stopped working we called Cross Heating and they sent someone out right away. What first caught our attention was they were here when they said they would be. Clint was knowledgeable. patient, fast and took the time to answer all our questions plus made time to give a quote for our water heater. We are so impressed! what a remarkable company. They have our business going forward.
