Great place love the atmosphere except it took at least an HR to find the place considering it was our fist time here we didn't know you can't drive up to the hotel you have to walk a bit of a distance and when I got to the hotel the toilet didn't work all else was great ! I be back
Went with 3 kids Five YO and younger.
Had a great time.
Room was nice. Clean. Staff was friendly.
Loved the pool. Spa. Sauna.
We arrived on a Sunday and noticed the fireplace was not functioning. Our kids were super excited so we called for a technician. He came and was unsuccessful in getting it working. The next day another technician came while we were out, he left a note saying sorry he was also unsuccessful and they would be sending someone else. Tuesday night I called again and yet another technician showed up who was again unsuccessful. Wednesday afternoon they sent another technician who was successful in fixing it. We enjoyed the fireplace for one night as we checked out Thursday. The kids were a little bummed that they only had one night of fire place but otherwise the trip was great.
Really wish the fireplace had been working the entire trip.
Overall fun. Left the village only once to go to the beach. Otherwise didn't use the car.
Our room was facing the village and we had a fantastic stay. The room was clean, the kitchen was tidy and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The staff was great with replacing towels and also cleaning up dishes. The amenities in the hotel were all also very clean like hot tub and pool.
Parking that is reasonably close is NOT included. I would say this is the only disappointing thing about the reservation. The building is a little dated, the hallways need cleaning up. That said, the rooms are quiet, and well set up. You are right in the core of the activity, so super easy to head out for dinner, a walk, or take a gondola ride up the mountain.
Loved all my time spent there. Lovely and clean apartment, kind staff, amazing customer service. Super quiet despite the central position of the building in the middle of the Village/Event Plaza. Everything was amazing. We missed that adorable, magic Paradise called Blue Mountains!!
