The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain

Initially I had spoken to someone over the phone by the name of Robyn regarding early check in. I was anticipating a horrendous experience as she was very rude and not helpful whatsoever.

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and book my room with a very accommodating and pleasant gentleman by the name of Shawn. ????????????????????????

The hotel is fabulous and the service is out of this world. Thank you Shawn for making my “mom-cation” an enjoyable and relaxing experience!!!

Fantastic accommodations. From the beginning to the very end the hotel staff was absolutely amazing. We were fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade upon arrival and it was amazing. Large spacious room with a balcony. The view of the mountain makes for quite the scene at night with the moon in the background. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I come to Blue Mountain.

Upon check in, the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. Great view, great suite, amazing king size bed!

The beds!!!! Most comfortable sleeping arrangements we have had at a hotel.

The first thing I would like to acknowledge is the superb professionalism of all staff that I encountered at The Westin. The front desk / lobby staff, the express room service staff, and the housekeeping staff were all extremely kind, highly professional, and very personable. My family and I are just finishing up our week-long stay at this hotel, and we have enjoyed every day here. Housekeeping is very busy, and sometimes you may want to let the front desk know if you need your room served by a specific time. They will accommodate your needs. My husband, our 12yr old daughter, and myself have had an amazing week of some much needed relaxation. Thank you to everyone here who contributed to that.
