“I went to Leslie following a serious operation that has affected my core area and resulted in chronic pain. I'm also a T1 Diabetic with Kidney Disease. Exercising is tricky business for me. I started with Leslie and explained all medical issues. She took great care and preparation so as not to injure me and checked in frequently to make sure that I wasn't overdoing it. What struck me most, was Leslie's knowledge of the body, her compassion for my situation and how she encouraged and motivated me to believe in my physical abilities again. I never left our sessions in pain or felt increased pain the following day, which is very unusual for me with other forms of exercise. She gave me homework to practice between sessions and helped me to become more aware of my body and how it should properly move. Leslie truly cares for her clients and wants them to feel their best.
