Each time the sales people were super helpful, not pushy and willing to let me browse without help until I needed it. They also explained how and why certain beds were different from each other in really clear and concise terms.

My mom has bought her whole bedroom and living room set from them and she recommended I go see their products when I decided to move out. She has a special customer service representative that she looks out for, his name is Len and he is AMAZING. He’s very personable and knowledgeable, he gives you different options depending on your needs and budget . Highly recommend them if you’re looking to upgrade to quality products !

He helped me decide on the perfect bedroom set and was so knowledgeable. He helped me compare between two and informed me about the current promotion & shipping information. I absolutely loved my first experience at the store & will be returning very soon to complete my purchase & purchase the remaining furniture for my new home from Charles.
