  I was very happy to find this wonderful shop. They have a really nice selection, very competitive prices and the service from Sonali was second to none! She went the 'extra mile' to help me find a beautiful ring for my wife's birthday. We'll definitely be back!

  This is a lovely little jewelry store with a really great selection of items. Really beautiful silver bracelets, rings, necklaces. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

  My fiancé found a beautiful ring at Luxe that he used to propose, but wanted us to go in together to find the “Dream Ring.” Every step of the way Sonali was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, answering our questions and making suggestions and never trying to influence our decision. I found a setting I adore in the Luxe catalogue online and she ordered it in right away, along with a selection of center stones that suited the setting and gave us options around our budget. When the final ring was ready, she even conspired with my partner so that he could pick it up in secret and surprise me with it. It’s those little extra touches that make amazing customer service, and Sonali and Luxe did not disappoint! Thank-you!

  This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Sonali was extremely detailed in her research for the best product for us, very transparent with the cost breakdown, very punctual, and made the experience very personalized for us. We are heading back there soon!
