My only complaint would be that they tried to offer me a different vehicle than the one I dropped off when I went in to pick-up my car. Upon closer inspection, however, I found that my car had been cleaned by the team so well, inside and out, that it no longer resembled the disaster I dropped off. It looked more like the vehicle did when I first took delivery of it at the dealership. First class experience from start to finish!”
