(October 25, 2023, 5:49 pm)Its a run down rat infested bed bug hell. The owner is a old man who gets his daughter Janifer to be the superintendent. Janifer pretends to hire contractors to fix but keeps the money to buy drugs try's to fix herself and tells her dad the owner that the contractors did a bad job when really she never hired anyone. I Don't see this place improving any time soon.
