Dr.Cheng's office really needs a new receptionist ASAP. Extremely rude and unprofessional and tends to yell on the phone. I understand these places are busy and there are other patients, however if you do implement a new rule due to COVID, then it should apply to ALL individuals, and enforced. What is the point of making a rule if you pick and choose who it applies to. Completely unacceptable and the receptionist has no idea what she is doing. Do better!

EDIT: **disclaimer** This review is aimed at the clinical office associated with this pharmacy. This pharmacy and the staff on its own is commendable and do the best they can. It is the clinic which needs to do better.

Very well run pharmacy, prescription renewals are always filled properly and on time. Fady truly cares about his customers and takes the time to explain them.
