MCI The Doctor's Office Clinic Hamilton

The staff/receptionists are great and I've never had to wait to be seen. I've dealt with Dr. Sara Rudge and Dr. Ben Reitzel and they were both incredible. They're super friendly/informative and really try to get to the bottom of your problems to help you. Some doctors are very judgemental/accusatory which can make seeing a doctor an uncomfortable experience, but the doctors here instantly made me feel at ease.

Absolutely excellent service right from entering the doorway, The family doctor here is incredible and if your lucky enough to get him count your blessings as this guy actually cares and treats the problem not the symptom, and is more interested in finding out exactly whats going on then pushing useless pharmaceuticals. Spent the last 23 years with the same doctor and found hope with this new office as ive learned i was in no way being taken care of by my previous doctor. in only 3 months time ive noticed a tremendous difference with my chronic illness and am more then thrilled with the care and help ive received from MCI at Hess. Also the fact that everything from pharmacy to blood clinic is available on site makes life a whole lot easier making it a one stop shop rather then having to travel around between various clinics. its so nice to be taken seriously and have my issues actually looked into and fixed i cant explain how happy i am with this organization, please keep up the great work!

The best and most efficient service in Hamilton. Very friendly staff.
