“We've lived in our apartment at King Manor for about 8 years, and the landlord here is absolutely amazing. Kelly keeps this place spotless and shows genuine care and concern for each and every one of her tenants. I can't count the number of times that we have reported very minor maintenance issues and she has the problem fixed immediately. Recently we had a leak in our bathroom and she had a repair person at our doorstep within a couple hours of us notifying her. She's absolutely fantastic from a customer service stand-point, and a real pleasure to deal with. She goes above and beyond to keep this building pristine and beautiful. She deserves a 10 out of 5 star rating! We are in the process of moving into our first house, but we will definitely miss her and our friendly neighbours.”
