“This is the first yoga studio I have joined after years of yoga at home. It has been the most pleasant experience. The studio is warm, welcoming and very clean. The convenience of the app is amazing. It is so easy to select from a bunch of in studio or Zoom classes offered daily. Lindsay made my first session very comfortable. Soo was a really good instructor and correct positions and posture. Cheri's energy and guidance is amazing and draws you in. The spinal rejuvenation is a must! Alison ran a super relaxing deep stretch class and created what looked like a cool candle lit Zoom environment for those on the otherside of the camera. Instructors have always worn masks and made it a priority to physically distance and to make sure all props and devices are collected to be cleaned. In addition I have notice air purifiers in the rooms. Overall great place and super chill atmosphere.”
