  I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional customer service at Mountain Hyundai! I bought my first new car (a beautiful Tucson) and the sales representative, James Barr went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We live closer to several other Hyundai dealerships but returned to Mountain Hyundai simply because James was so great! He was so patient during every test drive, and so thorough with answering every question. His thorough knowledge about the vehicle and attention to detail made this purchase such a pleasant experience. He was so accommodating with working around my schedule and was always prompt with replying to messages. His approach was one that I appreciated- genuine and hardworking. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. James was awesome! Superb customer service. Mary Tubman did our finances and was equally as thorough with answering all of my questions. Very friendly environment and wonderful staff. I would highly recommend going to Mountain Hyundai and furthermore seeing James Barr if you are looking to purchase within the Hyundai brand!

  Overall an excellent experience with all of Mountain Hyundai’s staff. This was true in particular with their salesman Brent. He was concerned about helping us get the car that we needed for the price that we needed. He did not use any pressure tactics. He was very transparent and laid out all the information so we could make a decision about what was best together as a team. Brent proved to be a genuinely good person with a focus on helping people. We will definitely go back to Brent when it’s time to get our next vehicle. Mountain Hyundai obviously hires good people.

  Good buying experience. James was very helpful and easy to deal with. Was able to do most of the negotiating via text since I'm usually working and unable to go in person, made things simple. No excessive pressure or hidden fees/tricks.

  My second new car purchase from Mountain Hyundai. Salesman James Barr was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Emails were responded to quickly and he took as long as required to go over each function of the vehicle thoroughly before letting me drive off. The entire staff of Mountain Hyundai will help wherever they can. They make buying a car easy! Thanks to Mary as well.
