I went in to Mobile Klinik to gain access to my iphone 7+. I had given it to a friend but they could read all of my text messages because they were signed in with my apple ID. The young lady working at the store suggested she try to reset my phone back to manufacturer settings. She did that in a few minutes and I now have my phone back. I went to pay her and she refused, "no charge" she said. I was stunned!!! Not only was she knowledgeable but also passionate about what she does and it shows. I would highly recommend this place for cell phone fixes. They get the job done and treat you fairly.

Steff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff were very welcoming. She is one of only a handful of female techs doing this work. Cool! My son's cracked screen was repaired in under an hour and she was very thorough in making sure the device was in good working order post repair. And we received a discount! Nice bonus.
