“Best to have an appointment. It makes the process efficient and quick and you stay right in your car the entire time. The staff were professional, respectful and friendly. Health card is checked and rechecked to ensure proper identity. The test itself took about 3 seconds and is very tolerable. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I was driving out at the time of my appointment. Overall a satisfactory experience.”
