As a new customer I saw the negative reviews and thought wow, this company seriously needs to work on customer service. However, today I had to call to resolve a billing issue I had with the previous owner of this home, and the rep I spoke to was fantastic. She was smart and knowledgeable and wrote me a stellar email I could pass along to help fix my problem. She also took the time to clearly explain why the current billing cycle was ‘off’, and why I got a new bill before the previous one was due, easing my angst knowing it wasn’t likely to happen again. All in all a great customer service experience and one I had to review. Thank you Jennifer B. :)
