I have always had great experiences at the Mountain Tranfer Station. Everyone is always very helpful.

Been twice. Better signage would help a lot, in particular : the weighing / paying process, that there's 2 lanes for different things (you can't see if the line is on the street). Some staff were a little bit rude.

Just cleaned out my basement and had a truck full of sorted hazardous, recycling, and garbage to drop off. Both staff members that I interacted with were extremely helpful and very friendly. Very happy with my experience.

Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and organized. The whole place is laid out for an efficient and organized unloading of materials by categories. A very pleasant experience.
