Great service. Fast and efficient. I needed an older model key that I could not find anywhere else; Auto Key Pro found it in 2hrs!!! This is the only place you need to go to get keys cut, replaced, or reprogrammed!!!

Great customer service is hard to come by, but if that’s what you’re looking for you will not be disappointed with by the team at Auto Key Pro. After losing my car keys late one evening I was scrambling to find a solution! I contacted other businesses in the Hamilton area that offered the same service, and if I was lucky enough to get a response it was rude and unhelpful. Then I received a text response from Auto Key Pro and was immediately relieved. They were responsive, courteous and willing to work with me and accommodate my busy work schedule to find a time that was suitable to replace my key.

Not only does Auto Key Pro take care of you, but they go completely above and beyond in doing so. I would highly recommend anyone who finds themselves locked out of their vehicle or in need of a key replacement!

Amazing service! My key literally came apart in my hand the night before. I went into the shop in the morning and they were able to fix it at a decent price and in a good time. Fred was super helpful. Overall it was a great experience.
