Being a retired master tech of many years in the automotive industry, I understand the fears and frustrations people have in choosing an honest and reliable shop that is friendly to do business with. I found myself one day in this same position as I needed a tire repair. I never like to boast about my credentials in the automotive industry to a business as it puts them on the defensive and I like to see how they truly conduct their business. So when I arrived at the shop I noticed how busy they were, this told me they must be doing something right. Then I noticed how they greeted and treated each customer with respect and genuine concern.This put me at ease. When it was my turn, I asked how they repaired tires and they replied without hesitation." If it's a puncture we use a three-way patch from the inside" This is by the way industry standard for a permanent repair as just a plug is a temporary fix.I then knew I was in the right place. After my tire was repaired and balanced in a timely fashion I asked about tires. They did not try to push a tire on me they wanted to sell but asked all the right questions about my driving needs etc. Then said they can supply any tire I desire if i wanted to go that way. I left calm, happy and confident enough to recommend this business to anyone in need of tires or related service and treated honestly and professionally.
