Audi Hamilton

I recently purchased a 2019 Q5 S-line for my wife from Steve Dumbrell. He was stand up guy! The vehicle was ready on time and the whole sales experience was super easy with no pressure. I shopped around at a few Audi stores and this by far was the best deal for what we were looking for. I can't express enough how professional and knowledgeable everyone is at this dealership. Since Audi opened up their own dealership and separated from VW its been a night and day difference. Justin at the service department has been my go to guy and he is absolutely great to deal with. I receive amazing treatment every time I take my vehicle in for servicing. I had an emergency issue where my muffler came loose a few months back and I brought it in and asked if they could please put it on high priority and get it repaired asap. One hour later my car was fixed and washed and the service charge was more than reasonable. Audi is the best car manufacturer in my opinion and Hamilton Audi meets and surpasses all of my expectations! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase or service an Audi.

The new facility is beautiful, the new service shop allows for a much quicker turn around time. I was able to book a next-day appointment and not have to wait 1-2 weeks.

The lounge is nice and comfortable and quiet, I was able to work on my laptop and have a coffee while I waited for my car to be serviced.

I bought my Q3 from Steve in August and his service was exceptional. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and made an effort to insure that the finances would work for me. The staff never have an elitist attitude. They are very welcoming and patient. I had a fantastic experience and would go back to Steve again in a heartbeat.

I had a Q7 and recently moved just outside the Hamilton area so the Hamilton location was my closest. I attended many times and deal with Justin in service who is the most amazing service rep I've dealt with. My Q7 needed to be traded in as part of the diesel CA. If it weren't for Justin, I would not have even known there was a recall on my vehicle so I thank him for that as it really helped me out. Justin referred me to Steve D to handle the process of my trade in. I met Steve and he was very welcoming and nice. We explored all my options and I ultimately decided on a particular Q5 that I liked. The vehicle I bought wasn't ready so Steve gave me his personal car to use for a couple of days until mine was ready for pick, which I was surprised as this was his car and not a company loaner, which other Audi dealerships charge you for. I was highly impressed with his efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. He always had a smile and if there were any questions or concerns, he always knew the answers which is what you want in a representative at a car dealership. I will definitely go back to Steve when I am getting my next car. I've been to many Audi dealerships over the years and I must say the Hamilton one is at the top of my list in terms of customer service and efficiency.
