Visited to research a specific model. Very nice showroom, clean, uncluttered, bright, lots of windows. The model I came to see was on display and a salesperson asked if I needed help. I had a technical question they had to quickly look up. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. I asked for a brochure and was given a photocopy, which is too bad. It was a worthwhile visit and I came away with a positive opinion of Volkswagen. I had been worried that the vehicle I'm interested in is not made in Germany. I'm still a bit worried about quality. This was something the salesperson was unable to speak to.

My husband and I just picked up our new Golf and we couldn't be happier with the service at Hamilton Volkswagen! Karim & the VW staff made the process of buying a new car easy. We will definitely be back in the future for all our car needs.

From the moment I walked into the dealership I was warmly greeted by Zak. Not only did he help me find the perfect car (2019 Golf) but he made the entire process very comfortable and professional. He explained everything in a way that was very understandable and answered every question I had!
