“I went in for some kitchen task lighting. They didn't have what i wanted in stock, but they shipped it in from a different store. I picked the lights up and installed them. One didn't work, i brought it back and the lady said that she would bring another one in and was very pleasant and helpful. All lights now work as expected. The prices seemed reasonable, but I'm no lighting expert.”

Even though several of the instruments being demonstrated I couldn't afford to buy, but that's perfectly okay with them! Such a great customer experience here as well as amazing customer service! “We were in Hamilton and had arranged a car rental from this location for noon but were unaware that this location closed at noon as were not told this on the phone. Not being from Hamilton we didn’t know our way around and got a little lost on our way there and didn’t arrive until 12:10-12:15. Luckily the staff was still there and let us in and they still allowed us to pick up our rental when they could’ve easily turned us away or been rude that we were late but the two staff that were still there were so friendly and kind and understanding and got us on our way. Very grateful for these two staff members and I would very much recommend and use this location again if ever back in Hamilton. Thank you very much to both of these kind individuals!”
