“Building on my husband's review below, I want to stress how fantastic our Sales Specialist, Vince, was! Vince was transparent and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humour and was very personable, but maintained incredible professionalism throughout our experience. Vince went above and beyond in ensuring that the Jeep we purchased met (and exceeded!) all of our family's needs. At no point did my husband or I feel pressured by Vince to make a purchase, nor did we feel that he was trying to "up-sell" us into a car we didn't want or features we didn't need. Over the course of a couple visits, we were able to test-drive multiple vehicles, and had the opportunity to really get a feel for the Jeep line-up before finalizing our purchase.
