They have a great deal for CAA members as they offer them paint at 50% off. Saved $30.00 on the gallon of paint I bought. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is my go to store. “I had brought my mothers vehicle in for service. I had waited to speak with someone in the service department. Everybody seemed quite busy, but Caleb noticed me standing there and immediately hung up his phone and asked if he could help me. I appreciate the little things like that. I didn't have an appointment but I wanted a second opinion on my mothers brakes. Caleb got my moms vehicle into the shop in LESS than an hour, provided me with the results of what was found, washes my car all within 1 hour and a half ! Here's why I'm writing my review. I knew what the brake measurements were prior to dropping my moms vehicle off to John Bear. I've been a licensed mechanic since 2007. I am moving away and I wanted to see how trustworthy and customer oriented John Bear was, so I created this "Test". Caleb. You explained to me my mothers brakes did NOT need replacement, nor did they need any service either. I told you to replace them IF NEEDED, you did not charge me a dollar as it was NOT needed work. For that, you have earned a client. You could have done what another GM dealer did, (I'll leave their name out of this), and just replaced them and brought in over $1000.00 revenue. But you chose integrity and honesty over money. I have spread your name and JohnBear around to a few people I know. God Bless.”

“Building on my husband's review below, I want to stress how fantastic our Sales Specialist, Vince, was! Vince was transparent and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humour and was very personable, but maintained incredible professionalism throughout our experience. Vince went above and beyond in ensuring that the Jeep we purchased met (and exceeded!) all of our family's needs. At no point did my husband or I feel pressured by Vince to make a purchase, nor did we feel that he was trying to "up-sell" us into a car we didn't want or features we didn't need. Over the course of a couple visits, we were able to test-drive multiple vehicles, and had the opportunity to really get a feel for the Jeep line-up before finalizing our purchase. Vince was very patient and accommodating as I (regularly) asked, "just one more question" - before he'd playfully rebut, "just one?" As an aside - as a female consumer, I've been flat-out ignored by auto-salesmen in the past. Vince spoke equally to my husband and I throughout the entire purchase process, and regularly solicited my feedback. That was hugely appreciated.
