“I like this grocery store because it has a lot of ready made food. There's, hot dishes like pizza, soup etc. There's lots of different salads, sandwiches etc. Also have lots of yummy desserts like brownies, cookies cheese cake etc. There are veggies, fruits trays with dips, spinach dip with bread. So good. There is a flower shop there, public washroom. Prices are good, people very nice, helpful. It's very clean and organized. Also they do picture cakes to order. I believe it takes a couple weeks notice to order cake. You should go if you haven't gone there. It is very helpful for people to get lunch there or if you just want to pick up dinner.”

“I’ve been a member of a gym since 1982. This GoodLife is definitely been the best experience. There is a variety of group exercise classes with top notch instructors. I’ve been training with my PT Mike Mallet for one year. He is very knowledgeable and varies the workouts to keep them interesting. I’ve gained strength and better body shape. As well as an understanding of exercise, nutrition and how the two impact each other. There is a lot of equipment at the gym so you can always find what you need.”

“Today was my first visit July 15 2019 with Dr Barry Young, he was amazing in the way he explained to me what my lower back pain was all about. Then he explained what he was going to do to fix it. “I have gone to upper james physio on two occasions, to see Silvana for pelvic floor therapy. A year after my first born, realizing that the abdominal gap was not normal, it was suggested that I see Silvana. Learning from Silvana, the second time I was pregnant, I knew to go both before and after baby was born. It is a very vulnerable type of therapy, but essential. Silvana is wonderful. She is so kind and immediately puts you at ease. Silvana made this experience a positive one for sure. She is very passionate about pelvic health and this shows in her work. Both times she was able to help me recover amazingly and answered all my questions. Although Silvana is a very busy therapist, the front desk staff work wonders to ensure you have timely follow-up. “Dr. Carlana is greatly missed by myself and my family, however the new Dentist Dr. Fernando who took over is equally amazing!!! I had my first appointment with him a couple weeks ago and he made me feel so comfortable as I am very nervous of the dentist. I was worried as Dr. Carlana had me very comfortable every time I went in but I am so happy with Dr. Fernando!!!! Shout out to Donna as well she eases my racing mind whenever I have to come in.
