It had already been done and wrapped but Elise said no problem and unwrapped it put it on. She had a super fantastic attitude. “morning staff - excellent, fast, friendly, efficient. afternoon staff - doesn’t pay attention, hands you your order and immediately turns around to converse with the staff behind them. I ordered a coffee just the other day, and the lady handed it to me and turned around. but didn’t notice that she hadn’t put the lid on correctly therefore spilling hot coffee on my hand. I went to ask for a napkin but before I could, the window was closing and she was already talking about her dog to the lady she was working with. Can we just have the morning staff work forever, I appreciate them so much. I try to avoid this location after 11am.”

From the moment you pass through the front door , you feel right at home with the stunning decor and spacious table settings. The friendly informative service was outstanding as one needs help to decide on the selection of many teas & jams. The sandwiches were very tasty and the fresh baked scones were to die for! “Found it surprisingly comfortable. Sat and chatted for awhile - there was a nice ambience. The coffee machines behind the counter looked serious. The coffee was better than the last cafe that was in the same place - My Dog Joe's, better than Second Cup, and way better than Tim Hortons. They have a nice selection of snacks/pastries that looked delicious. I'd recommend it. Mostly students but that could be the time of the day. I plan on going back. Glad it's there.”

“A really nice looking interior, and exterior. There is art all over the walls on the inside. Too bad the smoothies aren't as good as the other places that I've been to. The hot chocolate is really good though. The shop itself is in a good location in Westdale, near Westdale Secondary School. I don't know about the other drinks, and I don't come here often, but I still recommend it.”

“It's a Tim Horton's. This location has no drive-through, so the line can be out the door in the mornings and at lunch time. The drink/pastry staff is generally pretty quick at fulfilling orders, however the sandwich end tends to lag a fair bit. Used to have trouble with keep adequate stock of prepared foodstuff (potato wedges, etc), but this has been getting progressively better. With perhaps one or two exceptions, the staff are fantastic and give this particular Tim Horton's a more 'local greasy-spoon' feel.”

“Their beans are between $14-16ish depending on origin for a 1lb bag. One of the cheapest roasters in the area, and their beans are always roasted within the week as far as I can tell.
