Incredibly clean, loads of plugs everywhere for laptops and seating that takes into consideration a large demographic of people who will want to enjoy the space. It is accessible friendly, the food was fresh and the portions were generous and the staff were very friendly. I can't say enough good about this place. I've been to a lot of Williams locations. This one is my favourite.”

“Very authentic Italian. Service was quite slow but it seemed it was due to a large party that was there. Nice atmosphere to sit and wait in. Live music was quite enjoyable. Loved the antipasto. “My best friend and I went a couple of weeks back to celebrate my birthday in a low key way, and the I was blown away by the amazing service. They were very careful about respecting my rare food allergy (cinnamon) which can be an issue in a place that serves tea and baked treats. The tea was amazing, and those sandwiches were great. I was especially fond of the corned beef. But all of them were good. I will definitely be going back again, even though it's a little out of my way. But I am so glad that Karyn and I took the chance to try this place out. Thank for the amazing experience ladies, and for the surprise birthday empire biscuit.”

“My 4 year old was recovering from tonsilectomy and happens to also be on the Autism spectrum so he can't eat artificial colours or flavors. I contacted Bliss and was informed that they don't use either however they were closed for the season. Just when I was about to keep looking .... They then told us that they would make him any flavor he desired on their menu! They went out of thier way to make his day! And the best part is that it's DELICIOUS! The owner even showed my husband the actual ingredients they use. We are forever customers! Thanks Bliss!!”

“The last time I was at this location it was pretty busy and the store was looking less than clean. Where the staff was preparing the food looked fine sink wasn't worked about my food or tea. The staff were friendly but looked a little overworked. Maybe someone called in sick or something cause it wasn't like that the time before. Hopefully it's not like this the next time I am in the neighborhood.”
