“I love burger king, period. This location, the girl at cash didn't really listen, showed no emotion, looked like she hated working there. The girl filling the orders was SUPER NICE. It's a mixed bag. Food was perfect. I'll still go back. staff training on customer experience might go far... I realize it's not a dream job, perhaps the employer can help them perk up a bit. Renovations are pretty solid, glad they are still around. Mcdonalds what???”

“I have been visiting this place for a years. Love the atmosphere and their cappuccino. The food is very good too. I have to say in a last couple of months the quality of espresso coffee is not as use to be. Also some of the staff are not friendly, especially the older lady behind cash register, inpatient and rude. Noa is still the only one that stands out, friendly, always smiling and makes good cappuccino!”

“Went for a steak dinner with a friend. My steak came quickly but without a fork so I decided to wait for my friends order. 10 minutes later I was able to attain a fork and by that time my steak was cold. 25 minutes later my friend got his steak and when we talked to the manager and staff, they insisted that we were trying to get a free meal. My friend that I was with goes to this location about 60 times a year or more and was appalled that they wouldn't even apologize or acknowledge that a mistake was made. It eventually turned into a full blown argument and we left, yet my friend covered the bill which was not even discounted and still left a 20 percent tip. It was a horrible experience to say the least. I was super hungry and did enjoy my cold steak and soggy corn. I will contact head office and try to at least get an apology. We don't care about cheap steak, and we both like chucks but the manager and bar staff were rude at best. I'm in the food and beverage industry and I would have treated the situation with a lot more integrity. Love chucks but my recent experience was very lame.......cold food....colder staff response. Not sure if I'll be going back, if I do,..it will be when Heather is working, she seems to be the glue that holds that place together. Chow.”

“This restaurant came highly recommended by a gentleman on our flight that lives in Hamilton. It is the best Indian food I've ever had. I had the Channa with Jasmine rice and naan. Unbelievable, if I am ever visiting again from Alberta this will be my first stop. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff and people were constantly in and out picking up orders. Cannot say enough great things about this restaurant.”

“This used to be la Luna but I guess they changed owners. I usually order the fattoush salad but the past few times it has been different - there’s no longer any cauliflower and radishes in the salad, and the fried pita pieces are now thicker - I preferred the thinner pieces that they used to do. And there seems to be less chicken. It still tastes good, but I miss what it once was and now the quality of the salad doesn’t seem to reflect the price.”

“Stopped in for hot and sour soup and fried wonton chips. The order quickly arrived to my secluded booth while I was totally lost in my surroundings, which appeared to have been untouched by the passing of time. The decor is heavy and warm from the red carpet to the gold wallpaper and despite being nearly 40 years old has kept surprisingly well. I was the only patron seated in the large dining area, but a steady stream of takeout orders moved in and out of the lobby. Other than the constant ringing of the telephone, the place was filled with smooth Asian instrumentals and the humming of the lights overhead. The food was very authentic and thoroughly delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good Chinese food and to time travellers looking for a place to quietly reflect on the past.”
