I took my wedding ring in to be repaired. The diamond was loose, the setting was bent too. It took approximately one week. They called when the ring was ready. Looks good as new. Great job. Trustworthy. I will go back for sure. I would recommend Rudix 100%. I researched a bunch of jewellers online. Rudix had very good reviews - I agree!!

I brought an opal ring in for repair (stone split) after other jewelers wouldn't fix the stone. The jeweler I met with explained the difficulty of repairing the stone but gave me some options ranging from gluing the stone, replacing the stone, to recasting the ring to fit the broken pieces. We went with the glue option to try and preserve the original ring. The ring came back in better condition than when I originally received it. The stone was fixed, the crack almost invisible, and securely placed in the setting. The ring was also polished and coated to shine. It looks absolutely brilliant. I would absolutely return to Rudix for any jewelry needs.
