(February 4, 2018, 12:03 am)Outstanding customer service!! 2 years after purchase we had an issue with our generator. Called on a Saturday and within 2 hours had 3 follow ups and issue resolved along with a follow up call that all was okay. It does not get better than this for customer service. I would recommend A-Plus to anyone needing quality products and excellent service.
(November 16, 2017, 2:57 am)Andrew to the rescue on a cold day when our Furnace decided to shut down! Called the company after hours since their store is minutes from my home. Within an hour of me leaving a message and thinking...my kids are going to freeze tonight...Andrew, one of their tech on duty called me back to find out what the issue was and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He not only came in when he said he would, he was very professional, told me exactly what the issue was and replaced the part that needed to be, cleaned out other parts as a courtesy and all this with no mess on my floors anywhere! Thinking his bill for all this is going to break the bank specially given it was a Sunday I was surprised how affordable the service charges, parts and labor was. Asked him about their annual maintenance service which would have saved us from freezing for a day, found out that its actually very affordable and not as expensive as some of the other companies are charging.Truly a local company with great values and great people working there!!

Andrew and James came in and did an amazing job. Very professional, clean, knowledgable and friendly.
We will use this company again to get a gas line in the kitchen.
