  Very happy with my experience at Stoney Creek Furniture. The sales people are extremely help and not pushy or intrusive at all. So happy that the couch I purchased can be held until I have finished my renovations and will then be delivered when I am ready. Very happy with my experience today.

  We had a tough time finding what would suit a certain situation. Shopping at the store was excellent. No sales people pestering us but were available if needed. We finally found what we needed, and the sales rep Michael was excellent. We paid and picked up our item. Very good experience.

  The sales staff let you roam the showrooms comfortably - no pressure or sales banter. I am a return customer because of the service, product variety, pricing, and quality. From the greeting at the entrance up until the delivery staff leave my home, the experience has been unmatched. It would be a hard sell to get me to shop for furniture anywhere else.

  I am a Professional Home Stager and was looking for a mirror and lamps to complete the lobby of a condo project. My colleague and I were pleased with the selection and pricing and were able to get the right look for the project.
  
  While shopping for the project , I also saw just the buffet that I’d been searching for , for my own newly decorated space. And it was 60 % off!
  The staff were helpful, and friendly. All in all it was a great experience and I’ll be back.

  Colleen Noble was extremely helpful! She knew her product and helped me put together a beautiful sectional that I cannot wait to put in my home. The greeting staff and receptionist were friendly and helpful. It was very busy being their scratch and save and I have to say that the customer service was impeccable.
