I went here Saturday 7AM when it was -13°C out and it was still worth the trip!

Parking lot is right beside the punchbowl. Nice little trails to walk to the look out within meters to the parking lot. Parking costs $5 though.

Make sure to bring plenty of water and good sturdy shoes.

Great trails. if you start at the bottom, you can work your way up to the punch bowl bakery for a coffee and a nice pastry.

It's a pay parking place. Not many spots so it could be tough to find a parking spot during busier times. Literally at the top of the falls so if you wanted to hike more it's best to hike down and then back up.
