“Nobody EVER EVER answers the phone. I work in an extremely busy design office and I take each and every call. BMO needs to answer their phones with an actual human voice. They also promised a pre-approved loan, told me to go ahead and put major vehicle repairs into motion - only to decline my loan application because I was paying $100.00 too much in FRO. This created major financial strain and killed my otherwise excellent credit rating. My friend had a very similar experience, and lost his home. BMO....please just answer your phones !!!!!
