“It was my first time in this particular Pet Smart. Honestly was very impressed with there costumer service. The lady at cash as soon as I entered greeted me with a smile and offered help. I showed her a picture of a toy my lovebird absolutely loves. However it broke and unfortunately I threw it out. Well the poor bird was I think crying for it. As I explained the woman listened and another woman approached and took me directly to the bird toy section and stayed and helped me pick a toy and I bought him an extra toy just because I love my little bird plus they had a good selection well priced. I felt I was shopping for a kid. I will be back again especially if those two ladies are working. They certainly made my day and my lovebirds day ????????????????????”

“The Rickys Raw dog food here is so fresh and amazing. MY dogs have flourished immensely on it. Their colour has become rich, they barely shed and the prices are great! The customer service by Charmaine is amazing and she truly cares about each and everyone of the animals. The boarding facility which I have used plenty of times as well has wonderful professional staff, I never doubt the care of my pets there. I know they will be treated like their own. It is so clean and safe! Wonderful facility in the GTA.”

“This is a great little store. We stop in because it's close to our home and they have these amazing raw-hide bones that are easily digestible for my lab puppy. The ladies who work there are knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately they don't stock our food there, otherwise we would likely use this store for all of our dogs needs over Petsmart. Don't hesitate to stop in and ask any questions. They have great stock of toys, treats, leashes, collars etc. (Plus, an adorable resident cat!)”
