The rates are very reasonable! There is not contract with is fantastic on times where life gets too busy to attend the gym.
It's a smaller gym which works well for what I prefer. Large gyms and a lot of people tend to keep me away from the gyms.
They have a good selection of programs to participate in. Hidden gem in the local gym world!
