“I really enjoy this gym! The rates are very reasonable! There is not contract with is fantastic on times where life gets too busy to attend the gym. It's a smaller gym which works well for what I prefer. Large gyms and a lot of people tend to keep me away from the gyms. They have a good selection of programs to participate in. “Retreat review I booked this Chalet for a retreat weekend. I cannot express enough how incredibly peaceful it is here. The sounds of the water running, fire table going while we relaxed in the hot tub.. it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere with just the amenities yet close to several towns. The chalet was beautiful, spotless, full of anything you could ever need during your stay. Becky was a perfect and gracious host available throughout. We would go back again and again. Absolutely perfect weekend. One of a kind place”

While explaining to Mary my severe discomfort in my feet which l put off to the many yrs of non-stop walking on old tile floors in a nursing home, that she concluded there was more to it. In asking questions & doing a foot analysis Mary wasn't long informing me l was suffering with Plantar Fasciitis.
