I had a very uncomfortable experience leaving a great deal of personal information and getting roped into having my picture taken, but in the end I got what I came for (at 3x the price I could have spent at a competitor for a comparable product). The sales person was friendly and her family was helpful loading the product into my vehicle for me, but I'm not impressed with the price or the quality of the item and the pressure to leave a good review left a sour taste.”

“We had some major house renovations done by Mark and the team at Done Right Carpentry over the course 4/5 weeks in 2022. From their personal and involved first visit, walk-through, detailed explanation and project quotes, through the full experience over the next month+ of having them in our home, Mark and his team were exceptional. We had them do many jobs, from tearing out and widening entranceways, opening up stairway entranceways, and installing decks in our backyard. Creating a custom in-wall closet/drawer/bookshelves, reconstruction of closets, complete upgrade of the laundry room, retouching up walls and repainting throughout. Mark and the team always were very professional, easy to have in the house, did not leave any messes, and were extremely conscientious of quality and always looked to ensure their work was done efficiently and actually saved us money through their recommendation to us for selection of work and products. We are getting them back later this year to do more work (flooring, bathroom, fencing, etc. ) It took us 5 years to find the right team. It was worth the wait. We have recommended Done Right to our close friends, and many neighbours within our area have also had them do extensive as well as smaller jobs in their homes. At least a dozen that we know of. Every single person/ family who has worked with them are extremely pleased. We highly recommend anyone looking for any work that needs to be done on their homes, offices, farms, etc., make sure that you include Done Right when you consider getting quotes for work. The requirements are very specific - a concrete pier embedded below the frost line so that the telescope will be immovable while the observatory dome sits on the pad. Warren came by personally and made recommendations that would add functionality while staying within the quoted price. Of interest, he and his team went above and beyond in ensuring that the work was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Warren and his team kept me updated on progress as well as doing things such as embedding the Loonie in the concrete for the Loonie Observatory. Carrying our floor/paint samples around the store, we were able to compare them with everything from fabric on couches, chairs, benches, stools, and area rugs, then used the fabric choices to select the wood and metal for the dining room table so everything goes together perfectly! Marcey was incredibly helpful (and patient when I struggled to make final decisions) - everyone at the store was available and genuinely helpful without crowding or pushing.
