“My husband had been curious about Wagyu beef. We visited the farm and I bought one of the boxes of Grazing Meadows Wagyu for his birthday. The meat is incredibly delicious! We are satisfied eating a smaller portion than regular beef. I also find the meat very easy to digest. I usually get sleepy after eating regular beef, not with the Wagyu! I highly recommend Grazing Meadows Wagyu. Tim and Donna do a wonderful job with their animals and land. A great local producer to support.”

“We loved it!! We sat outside at a table and each of us chose the wines we wanted to taste. Then our waitress brought each if our first samples and we had ample time to taste and enjoy. She brought out the rest of the samples at a nice pace. There was entertainment as well. We loved the wines and we all ended up buying some. A lovely, relaxing experience. Also, someone else had ordered the charcuterie plate...looked awesome! We'll go back for sure!”

“Drudge's maple popcorn is amazing!!! We stopped in on the way to the lake for some after we saw the big sign by the road. We just got enough for a taste, and the four of us has it cleaned up in minutes! It's perfectly crispy and sweet without being icky or sticky. “Going to Blakes every fall has become a ritual I would not trade for the world, as the expression goes. I can count on the quality of their products and be assured they have all been treated along the way with the best of "treatments". I do not understand however why, in such a beautiful place the wait-person is always so "bothered, and annoyed" or so it seems as we try to carry on a simple annual exchange of conversation. Perhaps shop-customers are bothering him as I know he is always very busy outside tending the trees. Perhaps some extra hands might help .I'll be there next year for sure!”

“The High Creek Farm team was amazing for our wedding. They were professional, efficient , friendly and made you feel like a part of their family. The food was amazing- home style cooking would be the best description. We picked the ribs and chicken option with their Mesclun salad, Sautéed green beans, baked potatoes, and Roasted root vegetables. The desserts were insane!!! We chose mocha trifle and cheesecake and we got to have a variety of flavors of cheesecake. The team was super accommodating to my celiac friend. I couldn't have asked for better food or service. Highly recommend!!!”
