“I hate to give Jim just 3 Stars ! He and his helper did an excellent job repairing a crack in our foundation. He was suppose to also repair a crack in the door sill which he had missed . After he was paid and left the site I called and reminded him. He said he remembered and would return in the next couple of days and finish the job. I even offered to do it to save him the trip if he would just give me the material if I picked it up. He said he would rather do it. That was over a month ago and for some reason he never return my calls asking for a date ? I have researched and bought the supplies and done it myself. It’s a pity as we were super happy with his service and his knowledge . I would recommend him but as with all contractors have a good look before you pay.”

“We used Cutting Edge to do a lot of work this year including foundation excavation, complete septic system replacement, grading and landscaping. The landscaping involved patios, walkways and a 90+ foot long armour stone retaining wall to tier the yard. All of the work completely met our expectations and in particular the patios, walkways and retaining wall clearly exceeded what we were expecting to see. Exceptional work!!
