Andrew, it sounds like you are confused and/or misinformed about the relationship between the CCAC and Motion Specialties.
Let me take a moment to teach you what you clearly don't know.
First of all, we have a great relationship with Motion Specialties and have for years. The FREE equipment you received from them was provided at our expense and the money (that you didn't pay) was not squandered.
If you have an issue with their pricing, feel free to buy equipment elsewhere after your FREE trial is over with. I think the lack of empathy you refer to stems from your own lack of understanding of how the process works. Please enjoy your FREE trial equipment and contact us with any further issues.
