They do the job right, and they work with you to get what needs done at the best price possible. And they do not charge you till your car is fixed. My "cheaper" mechanic charged me for just taking a look at my car. The dealership only charges for repairs done. Will never go anywhere else.”

“Had an experience last week where my car was leaking oil like crazy. Found out I need 2 seals and a gasket replaced. My car had lost almost all of its oil. This concerned me as the prior day I had been on the highway driving. Taking my car in to Lambton Ford was the best thing I could have done. They advised me that it would take a few days to get the parts in so I left my vehicle with them. When they finally called to say that it was ready I was expecting a huge bill for the repairs. To my surprise and delight I was advised that there was “no charge” to me! I had an issue earlier in the year with a broken dipstick that need to be replaced and they attributed this new issue to the prior one. Excellent service from them! Thank you so much for being there for your customers!”

“All round great place to go. Not over priced. They are extremely helpful and always a good atmosphere. Sometimes even engaging in a conversation with a customer about every day things. Like how's the car, you enjoy it, questions just to start conversation nothing to even do with the problem. They like to get to know the customer. The one thing that stood out to me when I have went there multiple times was if I had an idea that would try to work with it. If it wasn't possible or not recommended they would try and talk you out of the idea and explain why. I had an exhaust done from them wanted side exit it was possible but odd request(unique is what I enjoy) a bolt came loose and dropped the exhaust went back to griffins they got a bigger bolt and no cost never had a problem after. Very helpful and would highly recommend again.”
