(February 23, 2019, 9:40 pm)Really enjoy shopping there. Wasn't able to find what I was after because of the products rarity but the staff were very helping in trying to locate it and even provided the names of other stores that carry it. Never had a bad experience while shopping here.
(January 8, 2019, 4:23 am)This store is a man's dream. Literally. It is so bizarre. It has everything you could ever imagine for a guy... Car stuff, hunting stuff, pet stuff, mechanical stuff... just so much STUFF. There are several aisles that don't appear to have any rhyme or reason to how they are stocked (example: cat litter box scooper is next to a bathtub drain suction cup which is next to jock strap which is next to flashing LED bike light and above an ashtray, football shaped candy dispenser and a mango slicer). Return policy is second to none. Recommend.
(January 6, 2019, 4:36 pm)I like this place. They buy products from us. So I in return buy stuff from them. They can be expensive. I can usually get everything I,am looking for in one place. So that does save me money that way. Instead of making tens places. I do it in one.

Had to return a defective HDTV antenna but had no receipt and no box etc. There was no issue at all, they looked up my phone number and found my purchase from 9 months ago and gave me a new product in return
No hassles and everyone seemed to be enjoying working in the Sarnia store
What a breath of fresh air
(December 4, 2018, 5:05 pm)Love Princess Auto. Whenever I go there I always say I should have packed a lunch. You can wander forever looking and wishing unless you go for a specific item. The people are very helpful.
